are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced or access has been granted. Because these services involve time, expertise, and immediate value delivery, returns are not possible after initiation.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error (duplicate payment)
- The service was not delivered at all due to a fault solely on HaloWorx’s end
- Access to a paid digital service was never granted
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference
Failure to provide required information or assets on time
Delays caused by the client
Services already delivered, partially delivered, or in progress
Promotional, discounted, or special-offer purchases
5. Subscription Services (If Applicable)
If HaloWorx offers subscription-based services:
- You may cancel future billing at any time
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period once charged
- Access remains active until the end of the paid period
