All purchases related to:

    • Consulting or creative work

  • Downloadable content
  • Custom or personalized work

are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced or access has been granted. Because these services involve time, expertise, and immediate value delivery, returns are not possible after initiation.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate payment)
  • The service was not delivered at all due to a fault solely on HaloWorx’s end
  • Access to a paid digital service was never granted

  • You may cancel future billing at any time
  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period once charged
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid period
